Unfortunately, Homeboy does not currently work with the ISY controller. While there has been interest from multiple users to integrate Homeboy with the ISY controller, we are exploring this feature as a future enhancement. I would like to see integration with the ISY as well. I gave up on the Insteon Hub Windows Phone app (and wanted integration with my ELK M1 Gold) and moved to an ISY a few months ago. I would love to see another option for a phone app.
